World Wine is an online national retailer of fine wines. Melbourne-based, we deliver everywhere in Australia. We stock every good wine we find .. from Australia, and the major wine producing countries around the world.
We select wines based on what we like to drink. We prefer earthy, artisanal wines with character.
We sell wines by the bottle - we don't have a minimum order, so you can order as little as one bottle - and we sell by the case, and we also welcome orders for mixed cases.
We specialise in the best wines we can source from the major wine producing regions of Europe, Australia and New Zealand, America - North and South - and South Africa.
We have been involved in wine since 1994, establishing vineyards in the Clare Valley in South Australia. World Wine has been trading since May 2002. World Wine is a online business, serving clients nationally.
You can choose from nearly two thousand different wines, offering wine enthusiasts a wide variety for all drinking occasions.
As we are an online business, you have access to a wide selection, convenient home shopping and delivery, and great value.
You can also discover the world's special wines, on a regular basis, in a convenient manner, by joining the Wine Club. The Club lets you discover wine selected from all corners of the world's finest wine producing regions, delivered to your door at whatever frequency suits you.
Our office (actually, tasting rooms!) is in South Yarra in Melbourne, with our fulfillment centre in Cranbourne, Victoria. Our employees are experts in their fields -- wine buying, logistics and service – so that we can deliver you a customer experience second to none.
PS Much as we would like to, alas our liquor license doesn't allow for customers to collect their wine from us. We do deliver to 99% of Australia for just $10 a case.
